i have hellbound i downloaded the patch unextracted him to my folder and whenever i try to start i getr critical error

I made update lineage2 from oficial server.

I try start l2.exe - critical error.

But I cant create account. All the time - bat name or password.

Listen Nem0 For 2 files Upload need much time is not easy!!!!!! i know u try all time for login in server but...... I try to upload in RapidShare system~Systemtures But!!!! Is not Easy For This Files Need Very Much Time!!!...
